Squat World Terms

By using Squat World, you agree to these terms.
Safe Use
Squat World is a game-like movement and fitness app. It provides general fitness education, not medical advice, and is not a substitute for individualized medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, rehabilitation, or professional fitness instruction. Choose a safe space, use stable phone placement, and move within your ability. Stop for sharp or worsening pain, dizziness, loss of balance, chest pain or pressure, fainting, unusual shortness of breath, or other concerning symptoms and seek appropriate care. Consult a qualified healthcare professional before beginning or changing an exercise routine when appropriate for you.
Squat World Plus Suggestions
Squat World Plus provides optional fitness and healthy-habit suggestions for educational purposes. These suggestions are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any condition, may not be appropriate for everyone, and do not guarantee results.
You are responsible for deciding whether an activity fits your abilities and for using safe equipment and surroundings. Start at a manageable level and modify or stop an activity if it causes pain or makes you feel unwell.
When a workout allows an external-load log, you choose the equipment and load. Squat World records what you enter; it does not prescribe a weight, decide that a load is safe for you, compare your load with another person's, convert it into a recommendation, or automatically increase it.
Research summaries and source links describe general evidence as of the displayed review date. A citation does not guarantee that you will experience the same result, make an activity appropriate for you, or turn general information into an individualized exercise or rehabilitation plan.
Consult a qualified healthcare professional before changing a routine if you have an injury or health condition, are pregnant or postpartum, take medication that may affect exercise, or are unsure what is safe for you. If you are under 18, involve a parent or guardian before making major changes to exercise or eating habits.
Food suggestions are general healthy-habit ideas, not an individualized meal plan, nutrition treatment, or substitute for advice from a qualified healthcare professional or registered dietitian.
Camera Scoring
The camera feature is designed only to estimate squat repetitions and squat-related scores in supported squat modes. It is not a general exercise, posture, lifting, movement, medical, or safety analyzer. Non-squat workouts and activities are not watched, analyzed, or scored by the camera.
Squat scores and rep counts are estimates produced from the camera-visible squat. Lighting, framing, clothing, camera placement, device performance, and movement variation can affect results. Do not rely on Squat World for medical assessment or safety monitoring.
Accounts And Online Identity
You are responsible for your account. App-owned Global Boards and public score sharing are not available in this release. Personal Boards remain private on your device.
Do not manipulate scores, interfere with matchmaking, harass others, or attempt to access another user's data. Game Center uses Apple-provided identity and Apple's account and social controls.
Party And Online Features
Friend and Global Party matches use Apple Game Center and are asynchronous, so opponents may complete rounds at different times. Availability depends on Apple services and internet access. Matches may expire or close when a player does not complete a turn. Game Center identity and conduct are also subject to Apple's controls.
Apple Services
Use of Squat World may also be subject to Apple's terms for the App Store, Sign in with Apple, iCloud, Game Center, notifications, and StoreKit. Apple handles App Store payment information.
Changes And Availability
We may update, rebalance, add, or remove challenges, destinations, scoring presentation, online features, or other content to improve Squat World, protect users, or comply with platform and legal requirements. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access to online services.
Privacy And Deletion
The Privacy Policy explains data use and deletion. You can delete your account from the You screen in the app.
